Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume in its original packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent any leakage or damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your new fragrance within 3-5 business days.
